Antique Victorian (early 1900's) stickpin or cravat pin. This is solid yellow gold and is tested at 14KT. About 3 inches and 2.5 grams. Possible small repairs that are not visible or they may original to the design. Possible rubbed hallmark on pin.
Three Small diamonds set in silver on the hilt, pearls look to be original.
